Bio-Pen Agent
The Bio-Pen Agent is an all-in-one software package for the Bio-Pen that also serves as a gateway to our range of web access functions. For more information, visit our Products page.
NOTE: To be able to use your Bio-Pen, you must first download and install the Agent software. After installation, connect the Bio-Pen hardware and follow the instructions to install the driver, if needed. When complete, you can then register your UserID and signature.
Requirements: Both .NET Framework 2.0 or higher and MDAC 2.6 must be installed before the Agent software can be used. If an error message appears during the installation, exit and update MDAC and/or .NET Framework and then retry.
Quick Installation Guide

- Double-click Setup.exe
- Follow the prompts to save a shortcut to your desktop
